During last months I co-designed a “Innovation Pipeline” that brings both consultancy and design competence, mixed in a very pragmatical way. This methodology, conceived together with Alessandro Braga (Ambrosetti) and GianAndrea Giacoma (Design Group Italia), is called MA.DE.
MADE is a collaboration between DGI and Ambrosetti. In the project, we look at the meeting points between marketing and design, exploring the challenges and possibilities that lie within the two. We gathered together to discuss the market and design approach to product innovation. How does technology change and challenge product innovation? What new possibilities open up when objects become smarter? How to foster a culture of innovation? How can we understand the needs of clients better and better?
