- K-Humans, Conversation’s Authoring Tool

This is an OLD version of K-Humans Authoring Tool. It is very useful to manage conversations between users and virtual assistants. I’m very proud about this UI, web2.0 Style. It is perfect to manage knowledge (never easy) and organize stuff without the constrain of trees (tipycal from IVR).

- Frontiers of Interaction: highlights

This story start in 2005 when Matteo Penzo and Leeander got the idea to launch an international conference about Interaction Design, here in Milan. The first friend that was invited as keynote speaker in 2005 was Dirk Knemeyer and the Conference was hosted by Bicocca University of Milan. Was a success. In three edition, Frontiers of Interaction Conference become a great new appointment of italian geeks, designers, HCI expert and soon. Frontiers of Interaction changed rules in these kind of events, trying to mix a show with an academic conference. The 2007’s edition saw speakers from 3 Continents.

- iAble: World first Computer driven with eyegaze and speech!

When -in SrLabs- we started to think to make a medical station (a computer) with no keyboard and mouse, it was immediate our belief: changing the input device, every desktop metaphora or other already know GUI’s tricks will no more available to our design. Working on eyegaze, also the point and click standard idea was bulldozed by experiments. So, I worked on a completely new approach and People that I lead in this design team were amazing. It was one of the best design experience of my life!

In this following video, you will see how it works on a medical station. Specificatly, this machine support people with strong disabilities (LSA) in their everyday needs, plus in every communications issues.
