    L’usabilità senza gli Utenti

    mai schierato delle polemiche sull’usabilità. Esperto dell’usabilità
    che il mercato acquista. Giunge ad una conclusione inaspettata anche a lui stesso:
    l’usabiltà che va per la maggiore è quella senza gli utenti.

    IL SOGNO
    Un giorno ebbi il sospetto che l’usabilit� fosse
    il tallone di Achille del mio business. Decisi dunque di fare dei test per comprendere
    come migliorare il servizio offerto ai miei utenti. Dopo i test abbiamo ridisegnato
    l’applicazione e raggiunto il successo!
